Our Business Department is here to assist our patients in a smooth billing process.  We have three certified coders on staff as well as a referral specialist team and trained patient representatives to work with you on the billing and payment process.

Patient Payment Options:

For your convenience you may make payments to Northside Medical in a variety of ways:  Cash, check or money order – All major credit cards and debit cards either in person or via phone.  We have a three month payment plan for amounts due payable by the patient as a result of deductible, non-covered or hardship.

To establish a payment plan or speak to a Patient Account Representative please call our main line 205-814-9285 and select extension number 325, 316 or 317.

When making an appointment and when presenting for your appointment, please provide the most recent insurance cards, picture ID, and make sure we have the correct address and contact information on file for you.
